Delete your account

1. Open Platable on the web, your iPhone or your Android phone.
2. Sign in, if you aren't already.
3. Go to Settings — on a phone it's in the account menu at the top right.
4. Scroll to Delete account and confirm.

Sign in and go to Settings

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. Everything in your account goes:

• Your sign-in record and email address
• Every meal you logged and every body-weight reading
• Every workout and run you logged, and your training programs, race blocks and per-exercise history
• Your calorie and macro targets, body stats and dietary preferences
• Saved recipes, meal plans, workout plans, your calendar and your shopping list
• Recipe photos generated for you
• Your weekly check-ins, reminder settings and any notification tokens for your devices

Any subscription billed through our website is cancelled as part of the same step.

A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your Platable account does not stop store billing. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first, or you will keep being charged.

Content you reported to us. When you report an AI-generated recipe or plan, we keep that report as a moderation record after your account is gone.

Our payment providers also keep their own billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. The Privacy Policy has the detail.

Email support@platable.io from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it's you, delete the account, and reply to say it's done — within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
